Driver are required to have a Balaclava when using our helmets, if you don’t have your own you they can be purchased for £2.50 and yours to keep at the end of your session. Driver who have there own helmet can use there own but please call to confirm it is suitable.

Can I get my deposit back?Answer
When booking for a group the deposit is for the group size. If anyone drops out then the deposit is lost for that person.

How many people do we need for an event?Answer
For an exclusive event (where the track is just for your group) you will need at least 14 drivers. For an open event (where you race against other groups of drivers) you can bring as many or as few drivers as you like. Some circuits require more drivers during peak times (e.g. After 5 pm on weekdays).
Do I need a driving licence?Answer
What clothes should we wear?Answer
Just casual wear with trainer style shoes. We supply all safety clothing, helmet, balaclava, gloves, and race suit.
Can we drop the kids off for an hour or so?Answer
All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied at all times.
Do we have to pre-book practice / arrive & drive sessions?Answer
We strongly advise pre-booking to guarantee a session.
Are karts safe?Answer
We service and test our karts every day. However, karting by its very nature is a risky activity and at your own risk.
How can I organise a group booking?Answer
Simply get a group of drivers and call us on 01636 673322, or use the contact form on this website. We require a deposit of £20 per person. We ask for an approximate number of drivers taking part when booking, you can add drivers to the booking up to the maximum number at any time.
How long will it take?Answer
Arrive and drive / practice session can be as short as 15 minutes. A grand prix race for 20 drivers can take about 2.5 hours to run. For larger numbers it is approximately one hour for every 10 drivers.
Do you give instructions to beginners?Answer
Always – we need you listen attentively to our pre-race briefing. It is surprisingly easy and great fun provided you know the correct way to drive your kart.
Is there and age and height restriction for karting?Answer
The minimum age is 8 years and upwards, there is no height restriction, however there is a minimum age of 14 and height of 5ft 2 for our adult karts.
What race format is available to youth groups and schools?Answer
Mini prix and mini endurance are the most popular race formats for youth and school groups. Discounts are often offered for races during school or off peak hours. Call us to check 01636 673322
What happens if it's bad weather?Answer
We still go ahead, and you will be provided with wet suits. If it is extreme weather your event will be cancelled.
